3. Subscriptions and Billing

Webscend offers a 3-day free trial, followed by a $45/month subscription.
By starting a trial, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the trial ends. Payments are processed securely through our third-party billing provider. All fees are non-refundable once charged, except as required by law.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Webscend is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

5. Website Hosting

Webscend provides website hosting as part of your subscription. You are responsible for managing your website’s content, including ensuring it complies with all applicable laws. Domain registration is currently not included.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

  • Upload or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property laws.

  • Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the platform’s technology.

Webscend reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All AI generation systems, templates, and tools available through Webscend remain the intellectual property of Webscend. You retain ownership of your website content and data.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to your website and dashboard will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. Webscend reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Webscend is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including website downtime, data loss, or third-party integrations.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
